The concept for the game is great, but it has too many problem.
Starting with the language barrier. Of course, it will be easier for spanish players to understand the game, but IDEALLY, you would want to have an english option. At first, any speaker who doesn't understand a word of spanish might get confused as to why is the title english, but not the game? Even if it is a little obvious, it shouldn't be that way for everyone.
Then there's the multiplayer. At first, I was curious and interested how it would work. I assumed that it can recognize your Newgrounds user, so it should be easy right? Well, far from it. I have no idea what servers is this game connected to, but I don't trust it to put my username and a password. It becomes unreliable when you realize that NG accounts are getting hacked from this method alone without 2FA.
I neglected to mention another feature from this, and it's that you can create an account in game. But you're wondering, if I can create an account in the game through this, then why did I say that earlier? Well, we'll never know because when I did try to create an account, it would always show an error incorrect prompt. Apparently, every username ever is taken by this point, according to the prompt message. And trying to log in doesn't help either, so it's either a busted online multiplayer game or a singleplayer game with only multiplayer controls that you can play it yourself with another person irl.
As for the gameplay, it's a generic arcade fighting game of wizards. You are forced to play as these two particular mages, who are seemingly walking in the air on plain ground, but they stop doing that when they stand on platforms. It's a small collision error, but you don't really see it, until you notice how the lightning cuts off awkwardly.
I have hopes for this game, and I want to let the devs know that, despite my frustration and disappointment, I want to cling on with faith that this game does get updated, with fixes and new features. And no more multiplayer bs, because this game seems too far ahead from it, and it should be developed much much later. This is obvious of how much of a novelty the game looks and plays. I wish you all luck, and please don't see this review as a threat, but something you could learn from it.
