I'm sorry, but I'm afraid this isn't that good. No offence. The animation isn't very "fluid", you might want to try smoothing the animations by adding some extra movement in the joints. Also, the mouths should have a less "open, close, open, close" style of moving. Try changing the shape of the mouth every once in a while, like adding some "O", "P", and "S" looks in the mouth if you know what I mean. Everything was kind of blocky, and it all boils down to one thing: More dramatic movements.
I can tell you have the skils to become a great animator, you just need a little more practice. I'm sure you can make amazing movies if you really try, just use some more fluid movements.
