Click anywhere and drag to measure power, then release to shoot. The archer follows the mouse direction.

It's got nice sprite graphics and a short but entertaining game, let down only by the actual aiming mechanic. Apart from not being able to change the angle while adjusting the draw strength, the visible guidance arc is inaccurate, especially at low draw strengths. I'd also suggest either increasing the size of the drag sphere for adjusting power or just eliminate it in favour of a more accurate guidance arc, since it's not current large enough to give a good feel for the fine power adjustments being made.

marck-musician responds:

Thank you! It's important for me to hear such details. The guidance arc was really difficult to me to even include in the shot, I couldn't really adjust it precisely, sometimes it was accurate for a certain distance but not for other distances, and I left it in a way that it cloud at least serve as a north somehow. Sorry for this, I did the best I could being a noob programmer. Thanks again for playing the game until the end and for taking the time to review!

Really fun game with creative elements and fun physics.
Only complaints I have is that the aiming is too precise. It feels like a single shift of a pixel in your aim makes a huge difference. And it is really stressful because the level just randomly resets after time and you have to be real quick.
Music is good. The Elven Fountain reminds me of old Zelda music, sounds kind of nostalgic.

marck-musician responds:

Thanks a lot for the review! I'm really sorry, forgot to point something important, the level restarts after 10 shots, I had to do this because too many arrows made game run slower. I'm a big fan of Zelda too, glad you like it!!

It's charming and I want to like it more, but the aiming/power aspect is awful.

You should be able to move your aim while adjusting power.

marck-musician responds:

Hey, thanks for the review. I couldn't actually optimize this because of programming ability limitations, but I tried to compensate this aspect giving infinite arrows to try and play around.
