WASD to move. Left click to shoot. It's either semi-colon key (;) or middle mouse button to enable auto-shooting but I don't remember which. Press F11 to enter full-screen.
~~ UPDATE ~~
The game no longer tries to load the entire human protein atlas (~20k proteins) into RAM. This speeds up the initial loading time by ~10x. Sorry everybody. Don't ask me why that was in the game.
