Killed enough kids to make a blood path from one side of the road to the other. Cars are a bit random, and really made the blood path more difficult than it had to be.

use your mouse/finger to control lollipop man, dont let the cars run over children, and try to cross as many kids as possible!
go to the school to collect your victims, and drop them off at the inconspicuous tunnel on the other side of the road :D
