This is horrible, but it's an amazing time capsule, also it's atleast somewhat competently programmed. I love this.

Help mental patient Joe Dickens and his crippled side-kick come up with their rent. To play: hover mouse over >>>> to select modes like walk, talk, touch, and look - then click on things to interact. It's a full length game, so excuse the loading time.
I played this for way too long... either way the game is okay, but that's all it is. For a point and click adventure game it had pretty poorly done art, but the story was kind of funny, and I'm sure back in 2000 this was hilarious. However this hasn't aged well, I'd add a sprint to make the game go a bit faster next time.
Notbad could be better
I would say that for a "2000" Flash game this was notbad, but do think its time for an update, first of all i would suggest making the "VIEW-SCREEN" much bigger, it was small and not much you could do in the view screen area you did have so making it much bigger would only be a plus on your part and allow for more enjoyment for the people who checkout the flash. The character could use some better work aswell, i like how he is but more creation could be set in place there, overall it was a pretty good flash game, it ran slow though with all the buttons and stuff, also this seems like the type that you can add some medals and would really improve on this old yet nifty game.

To a certain extent, I can admire this game for how weird it is. I'm still not able to go anywhere beyond the first room. This was still at least notable. I like how goofy it is. You can enjoy it for how bad it is. The sounds are nice.
It's just so weirdly designed. It seems like different styles are coming together. I usually like that. Not good, but at least creative. I just wish I knew how to advance.
I actually had a fun time playing this! made me laugh my ass off, not the best graphics but to be expected for a game made in 2000.
