Thanks for checking it out man
very cool, it often happens that i dash on accident which leads to death most of the time, also is this the style of the game or are the blocks gonna have textures in the full version?
Hey dude thanks for the feedback planning on rebinding the dash to a different button instead of a double tap, also for the full game I plan to add some tiny details for the level tiles, but this is what the style of the game is basically gonna be
>up to jump
>both left and right????(that's a first) to drop platform
>double tap?? (why?? did you run out of buttons?)
Are you targeting one handed people? Using both hands for actions for quicker button presses is preferred.
Just follow the standards and don't try to make your own standards.
AD to move, K to jump, L to dash, (down+jump) to drop. J to shoot or whatever.
It is one thing when you are playing a 3D game where your right hand is glued to the mouse, and you only have to use your left hand on the keyb, so being frugal with the keys kinda makes sense -- like the double tap to dodge which is still bad, but ugh, fine --
In this case, such a control scheme doesn't make sense, it is awkward and makes the game unplayable.
Okay
My favorite level is level 2, nice game
Thanks man, now I actually gotta finish it
