seems fun not for me though. unsure why adult rating.
got killed by dogs after falling into pit so didn't get far to see if there is reason for adult rating.

There is definely some violence depicted, at the very least from the corpses that dogs eat, but after the game got reviewed mods decided that it has excessive nudity for some reason, idk. Is animal without clothes considered excessive nudity?
The monsters feel unkillable and are way too fast. Reading sings doesn't pause the game and makes you a target for monsters.

Depending on the monster this was by design. The dog looking ones take 3 bullets to die but spawn in packs and are fast, so you have to jump over them if close. The flying ghost is unkillable until you light it with focusud light. Tentacles are indeed unkillable, but they shrink when lighten up, so you can safely pass them. Player clones just die from a few shots. You also have to aim otherwise you just shoot wherever your gun is pointing. Well, I guess it was just a bad game design from me, but thanks, I`ll learn from that)
