Touch the green glowing things to gain some of your health! If you touch one of the green glowing things and your health looks lower, it's a bug! It means your health is over the max!
(UPDATE) you can now tell where the lighting is going to hit! and bullets shoot faster!

Perhaps the lightning strikes could be telegraphed better, so you have a chance to dodge them instead of relying on luck.
Another suggestion is to exchange firerate for more damaging shots, maybe make the projectiles move faster as well.
Finally, maybe you could try an implement a way to restart after death, instead of having to reload the entire browser page.
