This game has a really unique and fun gimmick, being the dice. However, there are too many things that keep it from being great. One thing that feels incomplete is how the dice rolls, it's super inconsistent and awkward to control. It is almost never the same speed as you, it's either faster or slower than you. It is also affected by friction so even if you do get a good speed you will likely overshoot and die. Ironically enough it feels like a dice roll you have to get lucky in which is the very thing you wanted to avoid. Though I didn't find issues with the jumping and dashing mechanics of the dice, they were really fun actually.
Another thing that feels incomplete is the level design. The difficulty of the game is super inconsistent. Sometimes it's a nightmare hellfuck and other times it's easier than you'd expect. I watched the video you linked, and the procrastination really shows design wise. You should have took the full 48 hours of time to design the game, though you have a life out of designing games so I'm not gonna act like that's your fault. What broke the deal for me was the final screen. It puts a magnifying glass onto the flaws the game has. The pink bouncy cars don't work consistently, the rolling complaint I mentioned earlier was the most prevalent here. (Along with the spike lined tunnel with the overhang, that part is the only part I'm comfortable calling complete bullshit). The level of precision asked of the player on that screen was way too much out of reason. All that for a squirrel to spill and eat your coveted beans.
I don't know why I wrote a whole ass essay of a review. (I never do that here or elsewhere on the internet ever) but for some reason this game prompted me to write this much. I hope you reading this (if you got this far) doesn't ruin your day or discourage you from continuing to make games/make your doubt yourself. I just want you to know what you can improve on and not be left in the dark. If I had to say why I wrote all this is not because this game is bad, but a good game that is held back.
EDIT: I just watched your newest video. You seem to already be aware of the games flaws so sorry if reading this was repetitive. I'm glad you're already making strides to improve the game, as well as shooting for a steam release, that is ambition. I hope you enjoy your break and in the future make a great game!
