Funny, but reaches the point of impossibility too soon.
Edit: It is impossible to simultaneously satisfy Digits add up to 666, No more than 3 digits, and Don't have a 2-character sequence twice.
Edit 2: It says ADD up to 666, yet the solution is multiplication. I wouldn't have even tried that if not for another comment alluding to it. I have removed one star from my rating.

It's never impossible. There is an actual solution in the end.
Edit: it is possible to satisfy all of the conditions at once, just need to think a little outside of the box.
