An Earhtbound-style rpg that takes place inside people's minds with different mechanics for each party member and a charming/dark setting featuring two paths and original soundtrack!

Eli - Rhythm game style! Press the corresponding arrow key when it crosses the white line to build musical damage!

Jolyne - Writing style! Press the keys on screen before time runs out. Keys will shift to the left with each successful input.


Score a PERFECT to do bonus damage!


NOTE: This is a PC game converted to WebGL so some things may not work as well as intended!

Cool game, and it seems like an interesting series. I like the dialogue and combat. I've noticed that sometimes when you open a new menu everything flashes blue for a frame, as if it's selected. I think you might have fixed that, but I just want to make sure. I'm definitely interested to see what this game will have in future.
Also, I think the random encounters are a bit annoying at this point. I think they are too common.
I don't like random encounters in general (enemies that you find on the overworld are generally better IMO), although if you could make it so that the more you fight the less frequent they are, that would be cool. This is just a suggestion, feel free to do what you want.

Thanks for the feedback! The menu highlights and a ton of other bugs have been fixed since this version haha. I like the overworld enemies you can see too like in Earthbound, but the plugin i'm using with Unity makes it a little more obtuse than usual, so will have to see if I can get that working for the next RPG build!

I really like the art and presentation: it cuts right to the chase in a good way
without an overflow of pretentious boring dialogue that I often see in super indie games.
I really appreciate that. Would have been great though if you slowed down the
speed of the music arrow typing segments : D
