Nadel is a Berserker Paramedic who is headed back to work after the events of the "Pipe Man" took place in the monster city of Dendsville. The city is on high alert, so the hospital director has asked her to work inside for the evening. She’s tasked with helping the staff and patients.

This looks like something interesting...

cool

Honestly, I thought this project had been abandoned. I'm happy it wasn't. This is a great world with a lot of potential. The game is slow-paced, and clicking on everything is essential. I like that sort of thing, but not everyone will. Also, this time I was able to complete everything and didn't find any glitches or other problems! The worst I found was just some typos.

EDIT: I forgot to note: You can skip every major fight in this game by exploring, finding the right items, and saying the right things. That is a really cool addition! Especially since you gain levels in this game from completing quests anyway.

shadoboxxer responds:

Thanks for taking the time to play again!
Yeah it's taken quite some time to draw all the new art, and write out all the different text paths in the game I added. Each time somebody plays through, they could have a different outcome in game depending on who's in their party, or what missions they did first. That was always one of my fav things about some RPGs that paid attentions to the players.

I'll be sure to go back and try and fix up all the typos, it's tough doing this solo with being dyslexic, but i managed to get this far! :D

I have a lot more planned for the game, and now that I'm getting more feedback on it, I can see my efforts have worked really well. I do intend to finish the game, as long as I can keep getting feedback, funding, and reviews.

Thanks again for playing and I sure hope you found all the hidden stuff and even the extended drinking hours with Director Lanoir if you have the Bottle of Rum.

Very entertaining and I love how every character interacts with each other, besides a few grammar mistakes (a few after the intro credits iirc) and a spelling mistake (Octavia's conversation regarding Sue) this game is high quality.

I found a small bug, where Anita's pharmacy was open before you completed her quest.

The spelling mistake I mentioned earlier is in Octavia's conversation talking about a rumor about a creature in the sewers
"Seems there's a rumor going around about a new creatuer lurking about in the sewers"

though a lot of the game for me was wandering around trying to remember what to do, since I can't remember what tasks i have to do. You can check your tasks by using the list Nanoir(?) gave you, this feature took me a little digging to do, maybe a task interface that doesn't involve digging around in menus might help???

shadoboxxer responds:

Thanks for the review and the info on the mistakes!
I'll be sure to go back and fix these as I've been super active in fixing things or adding extra content.

The lists do give you information on your tasks if you use them. It will play kind of like the old Resident Evil games where you read through the notes.

Also, Anita and Latisha give lists on things to do. I haven't used the quest tracking "scripts" yet, because of how complicated they are for me, I have to learn a bunch more before I can do more with that.

I'm also working with additional voice actors to give more life to the game.

I'll check on that bug with the pharmacy too, cause you're the first to point that out! THANKS!

I have a few more things I intend to add for depth in the game, plus there tons of hidden stuff.
Like a closet for Nadel's different outfits and maybe some alt versions for Bonita and Mika when they are in the party.

I'm also working on adding the Chapter 0 visual novel as a shorter version in this chapter as well.
