Need a tutorial for sure. I could see this playing a lot like a game called Swords and Souls By Soul game if you have not played that play it in arena mode it plays a lot like this. your cool down meters need to have a digit timer.

Welcome to the Legend of Mora, a cute action adventure game where you will need to improve your skills on a daily basis in order to defeat the monsters that lie between you and Mora!
Simply time your attack and defense well to defeat the various monsters. Each time you fall, you will respawn in the nearby village and have the ability to spend your well-earned coins to upgrade your hero.
This game is touchscreen-friendly
Its altogether a bit too basic, and the lack of keyboard controls really drag this down for me, but the artstyle's pretty nice.
