Love this game, I play while on my hour lunch break at work so time fly's &
ain't gonna lie *^.^*
After about a month in the making, we present the "Project Rogue-Like Demo".
A wave based survival experience from a top down perspective, featuring pixelated graphics from the talented ZAMUS and Sounds, Music, and Programming by Kehmicle. ( except for one sound ;) )
Enjoy shooting down waves of creatures and collecting both EXP Crystals to level up, and Gold Coins to purchase upgrades in the <TAB> Menu.
Creating this was certainly a learning experience and we appreciate all of everyone's support and input on how we can improve in our upcoming patches. Maybe with enough patches and updates it could even become a commercial product someday.
Please keep in mind this is essentially a 30 day, 40-Hour "jam-style" product, so many features are not in their final form, mainly the GUI elements but more patches will come!
Thanks for playing!

Really enjoyed it great job!!! Also cute sprites
This is a pretty nice game. I'm pretty much in god mode at this point (level6, difficulty 35+, damage 32+, coins 443 and when I shoot, it's a stream of swords) so I basically just melt everything in the 3rd stage.
I'm experiencing quite a bit fps drop as I think the game is trying to handle much more objects than it should. It may not be time for optimization just yet, but I'd put that on the list for things to do soon as this might ruin the experience of people who aren't patient with loss of fps.
Also, the level of my character doesn't seem to be doing much as I can easily gain much more stats with coins. It's really just a bit of balancing, but I thought I'd point it out.
I'm giving 5 stars as this is a pretty solid base for a demo and I can't wait to see what you come up with. Keep learning and I'll check more recent versions for sure!
Now let's see what crazy things are going to come out of 440 coins in speed when the sword I shoot doesn't even go out halfway before the next appears :P
Nicely-done game. The graphics are superb and the gameplay handles real smooth without lag whatsoever. The music is an absolute banger, and the idea of this game's pretty solid.
Now, at the time of writing it's a pretty-quick made game and there's some mild issues which I hope will be fixed in time. One of them, of course - is the lack of a shop, the second is the TAB context menu allows you to freeze gameplay and walk around the game map. Of course, this means you can be killed too if you walk into'em.
Looking forward to see the continued development on this game!
Have potential! But you need to progress more in the development, would be cool if the waves were more huge at the start, or the curve of difficulty were more high, because the game feels slow, but nice work! Also change the sound effects and add some music
The music can be turned on in the menu under settings > audio! [ it should just play though ]
Thank you for your review!
