It's not bad for a humble start. I'd suggest not just ripping assets from other games and content, though. Maybe draw your own depictions of Tankman, Pico, and Hank.
You did good by finding royalty free music but you was supposed to download the track from their google drive, not convert the Youtube video into an MP3.

One last thing to note: Scratch is very much designed for beginners, it's good for learning the basics of coding but it's not going to make for good games in the long run. Try checking out Unity, Haxe Flixel, or Godot if you want to start getting serious. RPG Maker has shown that it can used for interesting games if you can learn to use it well.
Otherwise, keep it up! You did well to make so many games so far and you'll only improve from here if you don't stop. If you're just wanting to have fun making games might I suggest trying to get a copy of WarioWare DIY on the DS? If you want a more intermediate step between something like this and programming on a more complex engine, SmileBasic is available on the Nintendo Switch.
