TL;DR good but not very funny. you should read it though.

So I think it has potential, the animation style I like with its simplicity (no offense) but my least favorite part has to be the comedy. It feels like you had jokes to be set up but the punch lines aren't very rewarding as a viewer, they almost seemed like inside jokes only you and some friends would get. Take the last joke about the sports bra, it was a pretty good joke but he should've stopped talking after the "no, haven't seen them" him mumbling that someone may have taken them already lets the viewer know that he has something to do with it. although you did surprise me and possibly others with him wearing the bra, I thought he threw them out or something. basically my point is to add a sort of surprise factor to your jokes.

I like the animation, but there's just something... Off, about the Lips and the character's movements. It seems like a good pitch, trying to recreate the Simpsons or something on Newgrounds, but... I feel like there could've been a slightly better implementation to it. I know that some people might not agree with me, saying that "THIS IS UTTER GARBAGE, BLAM IT" or people saying "OMG, WTF??? SAVE IT!!!! 5 STAR NOW!!!!", but I really thing that... There's nothing that interesting about it. I'm not a professional Newgrounds critic, so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but I just think that this should've been worked on a bit more before I get a valid opinion on it. Decent comedy, though!
