If you're not careful and noclip out of reality in the wrong areas, you'll end up in the Backrooms, where it's nothing but the stink of old moist carpet, the madness of mono-yellow, the endless background noise of fluorescent lights at maximum hum-buzz, and approximately six hundred million square miles of randomly segmented empty rooms to be trapped in.
God save you if you hear something wandering around nearby, because it sure as hell has heard you.

This game uses a similar graphics system to doom, but despite being released 30 years later, and being played on a decent to above average computer, the only graphics mode I can get 60 fps on is extremely low, which doesn't look good at all.
The gameplay isn't terrible, just basic. You run around looking through doors, collecting bottles, and avoiding a monster. Maybe I just missed something but you can't really defend yourself from the monster, I'd like to have some way to defend myself.
I'm still giving this game 3 stars though, this is because it is very obvious the developer is being limited by scratch or whatever this game was made in. I think you could make some really good games if you switched to a more powerful and easier to use game engine. You should use something like godot, game maker, unity, or unreal, they are all really good choices to make games in.
tl;dr: The developer is being restricted by their game engine, but still managed to make something good.

Yeah at some point I want to switch to a more powerful engine… and I admit the gameplay needs work. This is my first “3D” game and I am still getting used to the possibilities with that setting. I didn’t add a defensive system since it’s the Backrooms and you can’t really do that according to lore… but I can break the rules whenever I want lol. In the multiplayer version, I could add a defensive thing… dm me if you got some ideas :)
