Description:
Octo Island is a Game Jam game that my buddy ScruffMuhGruff and I worked on for fun. You are a pirate in search of treasure and have found an island full of treasure-hoarding octopuses. You must fend off the ever-increasing hoards of octopuses and collect as much treasure as possible before you run out of health.

How did you make this game via Unity?
I used Unity's WebGL support to build for the web. Performance-wise WebGL is ass so unless (like me) you are a Unity Dev and only want to make tiny projects to share for browsers, I'd recommend looking at other engines.
Low walking speed and a bit repetitive. Not that bad tho
It's alright. The art style and concept are great. It just gets a little repetitive after awhile. The jump button is in an awkward position. When there are more than two enemies on the screen I quickly died from a constant stunlock from constant attacks. A good concept, just needs more polish.
