I really like the menu and the style of the game. However I do think it is a little hard and confusing. I'm sure I could get the hang of it, It might be a lot more fun than it is to me now. I think the simple concept is cool though.
Version 1.2
This is a horror game!
(Note: The browser version of the game can sometimes lag in audio, so it's recommended you download the game)

Something terrible has happened to your workplace...
With only a small radar system at your disposal, you are forced to fend off an unseen horror while trying to escape alive.
What is pursuing you can be warded off with audio lures, but in the end, it will always be after you.
Always...
How to play
The game mostly uses your mouse, with arrow keys being used only for cycling through some options, and the escape key only for going back to the title screen.
Ward off the creature by turning off power to charge the distracting audio system. Once the power meter is at it's maximum, press the distract button. Do not turn on power before distracting, as you will have to wait for the meter to go all the way down and then wait for the power meter cooldown.
Once you can do tasks you will have to balance between checking the radar and the tasks.

You made me scared of a red square on a line :)
Idk if it's intentional or not but sometimes when turning the power off to charge the distraction it doesn't start charging, even though the meter is empty, I know there was a cooldown mentioned in the description but I don't know what exactly it's referring to.
(P.S. Don't click on hard mode a bunch of times even though you haven't unlocked it yet, bad idea)
The cooldown is exactly what you are describing. The cooldown exists so the player can't distract the creature in quick succession, and to create tension. Also click the hard mode button a lot, definitely very good idea 👍
