Tips and Trick: [Spoilers]
**only see them if you're stuck or wish to continue the story
Open the safe code by modifying the code by how you got into that room if the first torch is up add one to the first number or if it's down minus one to the first number, and so on for all of them.
each room has one way to get there and can be used again to arrive at the same room, so when you find something interesting, write what candles you've lighted to reach there again.
Check your bag to see what Items are you missing.

Great game, ate my toenails while playing it.
Thanks for playing <3
I had a blast trying to figure it out. I even did a gameplay on it, hope to see someday a bigger scale game like this, feels like this was only the beginning.

Thanks so much for playing the game! I'm gonna use the video as the main gameplay video for the game <3
Simple, but fun little game, could have done with a bit more story, challenge or something to raise it Still worth a playthrough.
If you are slightly systematic it should not pose much challenge. Fully possible to remember all the room combinations and complete the game quickly.
If memory is not as good note down the rooms with items or characters, example:
UUUD octopus needs hammer
Re: actually used the notes feature, but never needed to look them up as it was short enough for me to remember everything; )
that's why I added a notepad for the player to fill <3 , thanks for playing!
really awesome. can you add a save feature, though? at one point, i accidentally clicked "back to main menu" and had to start everything over. i wasn't that far into the game anyways, but being able to save the game would be helpful
Thanks, as the game was for ludum dare and is fairly short I didn't want to add a save feature
