Peter's Quest

Leading off from just after the events of the first game, Pico and his pals are thrust into the heart of the realm Peter and his underlings reside in. As they journey further and further into his domain, his hold over them tightens. Play as Pico on his Quest to slay every last ant in existence to save all of mankind.

Originally created for Peter the Ant Day 2021, but ran into some issues with the deadline and so figured I'd spend some more time polishing the game and would release it for Pixel Day 2022. It's the first game I've released in a while, hopefully you enjoy! :)

Patch Stuff:

• Fixed some text drawing stuff
• Unique door sprites for each level
• Improved enemy spawning system (working as intended now!!)
• Reworked the tutorial a tad (hopefully less confusing - can now be re-toggled in the options menu!)
• Added a skip tutorial button (for everyone who knows what's goin' on!)
• Fixed a bug where the shop would close when you clicked on it in a specific way
• Audio issues when starting a new run
• Buffed status effects that apply a stat buff (strength up, speed up, etc.) to make them a bit more useful..
• Increased health item spawns and buffed band-aid healing
