Thank you so much for playing my first game! I made it for pixel day. I'm aware that there are many flaws and it is a little broken, I plan to try making another game without pumping it out for a specific date. Happy pixel day!!!

Ok.. I really like the game, I like that it requires a bit of thought and it looks nice. However, I really dislike the timer. Just in general principle as a puzzle platformer I don't care for a forced time limit. Especially trying to get used to the awkward control set a timer even feels worse. Now because you do have to control at least 2 slimes at a time rather frequently the control set kind of has to stay in one form or another. And though I get having some sense of urgency 30 seconds just doesn't do it the slimes (at least for me) move way too slow. An alternative option would be perhaps just switching to a high score table? Or just giving more time. Also regardless of what you do with the timer it shouldn't start until the player starts moving, it will give you a bit of time to plan what you are going to do.

All that said, again I do really like the game as a start. Pretty cool for your first game, but I think I would have more fun with it if you killed the timer or changed it somehow.

Keep up the good work, if your first game is any indication I'm sure we will see some awesome stuff from you.

Pretentigon responds:

The timer was a bit of an after thought of me trying to force some difficultly for the game to last longer, I didn’t really know how to balance it properly though. I’ll make an updated version where you can choose from the menu if you want to play timed or not, I’ll update it soon. Thank you for the review! :)

Cool game. Pause button would have helped but whatever. Takes a few mistakes to get used to which keys control who. I like the slimes' voices. Slime justice achieved in the end, thanks.
