It kind of reminds me of the older Newgrounds in 1999, so it feels a lot like a tribute. I personally like this kind of old flash aesthetic.
Basically, Mr. G is a character based off a real person me and my best friend Jacob knew back in middle school. Me and Jacob's friend, Keegan York decided to depict Mr. G as a sheep. Jacob also put him in his own animated series called Waymantale, which you can watch on YouTube.
