to pick up/eat, equip hands.

space to shoot when gun is equipped

swing axe with mouse pointer to deal damage with it

your movement speed will slowly deteriorate. to combat this, either drink water or eat zombies to regain movement speed. zombies will give you less movement speed than the water bottle. when a zombie is dead on the ground, equip hands and press E on its body. you will also regain 1 heart if you eat a zombie.
