Pretty cool first attempt at a game. I do have some critiques for your next attempt, though--I have actually used GDevelop in the past.

- The collision box on the player is too small. I understand if you want to make things a smidge easier by making it harder to hit the player, but it should be at least close to the player character's size so that it doesn't seem to sink into the platforms or miss enemies and coins when the player looks like it's touching both.

- Please explain the controls in the description, if not in the game itself. Yes, the controls are the standard arrow keys to move and Space to jump, but at first I guessed it used the WASD keys instead. Also, it looks like you can only move while jumping, which makes sense for balls, but it needs to be explained

-More levels as you get more confident in GDevelop, of course.

I hope these critiques don't discourage you, but give you a clear idea what to work on next as you slowly work on what will become your own indie smash hit!

Mindblade16 responds:

I like that GDevelop lets me finish something without crashing into a haze of technical nonsense that discourages me from finishing a project. Attempts at Unity and Godot have resulted in failure. I passed my Unity Classes at Full Sail University after failing 4 times.

could work on it but it's nice. Try Godot, more powerful than Gdevelop

Mindblade16 responds:

I like that Godot doesn't trap you into a License like Unity does.
