I'm assuming that this is a work in progress, and that this is a test for different environment effects on the player. For that I'd give full marks: wind affects work well and the platforming elements seem solid for the most part. The only issue I have is the falling/jumping animation. It feels very weak in contrast to the strong, confident running animation. Tweaking that will help give the character a stronger personality.
Now you need a concept, levels and enemies and it's off to the races. Good luck!
