SteakClock is stuck in the desert and needs water. He must attack his way through hordes of other clocks who also need water.
Made in Scratch over the span of four days and can be viewed there as well: (Don't just downvote because it's Scratch, play it first.)

CONTROLS
Move the mouse to aim your laser
Click to shoot laser
WASD movement.
Double tap a direction to run fast. This will hurt some enemies if touched
MENU
Use arrow keys to navigate menu and SPACE to select.
On the top left of the screen is an eight-digit passcode you can use to continue the game where you last left off.
This uses the characters 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 A B C D E F, and P to backspace.

This was actually pretty fun here I like the steak clock his shooting was pretty impressive very smooth shooting the enemies are pretty good, I had a really good time playing this game really easy to pick up a fun game indeed
