It feels like a like playable version of animation vs animator.
Game Comments:
1) The hit boxes are a little clunky. I'm getting caught up on walls and edges more than I should be.
2) Controls otherwise feel very responsive. I'm not sliding or going where I don't want to
3) It feels like there should be a checkpoint that stores which stones I've collected up to that point, that way dying has just a little more consequence, but it breaks the game up into less repetitive portions.
4) I really like the layered scrolling background. It give the game a really nice feel.
5) Walls aren't squared/flat. I can walk up to a vertical wall and jump, but get stopped because I'm getting snagged by invisible pixels.
6) I don't see any bosses. I get to the end of level 1 and just stand there with a *thumbs up* The game sort of freezes at this point and I can't go further. Which would be fine as a beta run of a game, except for the badges...
7) Badges indicate multiple levels, but I only see / can access the single level.
I think if you provide the promised content and fixing the hitboxes and maybe getting in those checkpoints, you've got a solid platformer. It's currently a fun test level, and need some minor adjustment of background things (hitboxes & menus). The actual game graphics are very well done.
