'wasd' to move
'left mouse'| 'j' to fire
'Space' to jump
'Backspace' mash/hold to heal
'crouch' + 'left mouse' || 'j'+ ash (special drop)= spawning a block

Yeah that part wasn't well described. In level 4 after you defeat the TallOne shooting bullets he will drop a pile of ash and bone.
Crouching + left mouse or J will spawn a block from your foes' remains and you can jump on it.
