After his PS5 sucks him into the game world, BLU Scout finds himself in the Serious Sam dimension, set in Ancient Egypt. In order to escape, he must retrieve the PS5 which is guarded by Mental's troops led by Mental's newest commander, Heavy-Zan.

The story and concept was created after my playthrough of Serious Sam 4. I also utilised my original plan for SMG4's 3M Subscriber Collab entry, "Serious Saiko." Given that I had already done Doom: Eternal in the last collab, I decided to do a different game instead as to avoid re-hashing the same material over again.
