Its ok, got stuck after i fled "boss" fight with no way to progress other than wait for fuel to run out
A space exploration roguelike made in 48 hours for the 48th Ludum Dare!
https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/48/deepspace
Play as humanity's last hope as you navigate a procedurally generated galaxy, collecting different weapons and items and combining them together in the unique inventory system!
Right now the game is fairly easy, but I am planning to add a hard mode soon! Please let me know your thoughts, the feedback really means a ton!

It's ... ok ...
About the lower rating:
- The artstyle is not very appealing,
- the overall game is a bit too short,
- the equipment inventory is a bit too small,
- there is no option visible to sell / salvage / get rid of items from the inventory ...
- the inventory mechanics would be better suited for a far larger (~ 30 slots) equipment inventory.
The music and sound effects are good, not too loud/annoying, and fluid.
This needs a bit more effort on every front and you certainly will have a better rating.
How do I throw out items?
Edit: also, the overworld tutorial seems to drift outwards from the middle of the screen each time you enter the overworld map area thing. Also, the purple triangle enemies and the red boss seem immune to stun (at least with the single turn stun weapon)
has potential. a bit annoying traversing regions with no shops though
