The boss is a literal dick huh, lmao! Footsoldier just doing his job, Co-worker a bit of an ass in the adjacent cubicle... nice how you don't need a word to convey anything here, it just works, and the additional potential connotations in regard to footjobs and what-not hmm... too far? Not intended?
Had a laugh with this one though! Nice. Style reminds me a bit of the wavetro one too (a good thing in my book - seems to amplify the comedic value a little further somehow too).
