This was surprisingly energetic and I liked it. My only feedback would be to fill in the pixelated edges by putting your colors a layer below the outlines and expanding the fill bucket's range by 1 pixel (assuming your animation software can do that).

Not bad! Spookeez is my favorite song in Week 2, and I heard that Microsoft Sam liked this song so much! (If you watch my "Microsoft Sam Plays Friday Night Funkin': Week 2" video, you will see what I mean.)
