ok but the controls need refinement. the transition between standing and moving is problematic.

Yeah, I was planning to have more sections like that but while I was playtesting I discovered that glitch and at that point it was too late to make any major changes, so I had to get rid of those sections.
i think adding a skip button would be a good idea

Yes you can skip! just you gotta press both enter and shift at the same time.
The controls and actions were all pretty smooth and I mostly like the simplicity of the game, though the only problem is that it is too simple.
There should be slightly more challenges in obtaining some orbs or encountering some platform/enemies. So far I could just leisurely take my time in dealing with each platform, which is partially contributed by the face that all enemies don't move whenever you are facing them.

Yeah I know, I didn't have that much time to work on it so I wanted to at least have a simple and short functional game.
