Had fun playing this and I like the crazy colours of this world- it's a bit of a glitch-fest though!

Spudzy responds:

PM me what glitches you found

This game has great potential but it doesn't seem ready yet.

Hey Spudzy.

Some Comments:

Interesting little game. Personally, from a standalone game point of view, I find the perspective hard to navigate. I think it's ok for small components of games or stories but maybe not great as the perspective for an entire game if you take it further. I understand the intent is to hide the rock at first, but also make sure you're hyper aware it's falling on you and you're going to die if you don't run, but you can always switch it after the initial rolling starts.

You can still jump even though you're dead.

For me the game feels just a little disjointed, since there's no other story or context, it feels like the character is almost like a middle eastern undead, the music has a nice deep jungle vibe, but the environment is alien. It does feel a little Indian Jones-y. It might be a good idea to make everything seem a little more related. I'm assuming we get to use the sword and shield for something in future game plans?

I get to the platform at the end (which appears to be a flattened sprite of the boulder, but the game doesn't end, even after the rock falls. Is there an ending? I'll play whatever game you toss at me, but would be nice to know when I'm done or it's completed. This is ok as a concept, but would be nice to have a lot more in the game. As such my rating reflects how fun it was to play, how much I wanted to play it again, and how much room there is to grow and build on it. Right now, there's a lot of room to build and grow.

Good Luck!
