DIRECTORS COMMENTARY

The first thing that I drew for the movie was actually the bridge at the beginning of this scene. I like this scene cause it’s very scenic Jim rides past some mountains and it looks nice. I was going to ad in a bunch of townsfolk walking around but I didn’t get to do it I had this idea to let pretty much anyone that wanted to be in the movie into the movie and I was going to draw a little cartoon version of them but so far no one wanted to be in the movie and now I can’t actually animate the movie anymore so we’re putting that idea on hold for now. This scene is supposed to set up a big war scene that happens later in the movie I didn’t animate it yet but it was going to have Scottish townsfolk going into battle wearing pots and pans for armour fighting the whole English army and it was going to be like one of the battles that you would see in The Lord Of The Rings films or a movie like Saving Private Ryan I started animation on the scene but then I became homeless!
