As Always, since this is basically an Alpha, It's hard for me to score it like a complete game. I really really like what I'm seeing here! My comments below.
(+) Graphics look great for a start
(+) Muted color palette and haze on the background fits well great and isn't distracting from the vibrant foreground colors
(+) Smooth movement of the levels
(+) Not getting caught on any pixels during turns
(+) As far as the test levels go, I like being able to turn on the controller in-game and use the WASD or ▲◄▼► + my mouse for rotating.
(?) Sound - Music / FX
(?) Blocks with "?" feel very Mario-like, as-if I should be able to open them. Why not just make them more crate-like.
(?) Menu, Title Screen, Pause, Level Reset, Objectives
(?) Traps, or rather, more hazards, or just scaling difficulty based challenges.
(?) Minor Explanation of why the main character can change his inner gravity?
(?) Be able to swap WASD or ▲◄▼► controls for movement and rotating.
(?) Do I have a guitar? It seems like a guitar. I really need to know why I have a guitar and can flip around gravity.
(-) Need a death/consequences for dropping blocks on my head and/or important objectives and all the aspects of the game that come with death
(-) Need to be able to get back to the menu to see controls, volume, level select, etc... in a platformer.
(-) Right now the background could use maybe some vectorization or just a bump in quality to bring it up the foreground quality.
