You play as the proud owner of Basil Hotel. This place is located on the crossroads between the bizarre and the strange.
As all good hotel owners know, there are two types of clients: GOOD ones and stinky BAD ones. The real question is how to figure what category they fall into, without offending them too badly. YOUR REPUTATION IS ON THE LINE MAN!
This game is multiple choice with a small element of point and click. The goal is to ascertain whether a client is passive or disruptive through the questions you make and the answers they give and either KICK THEM OUT or LET THEM IN. But be warned, every question raises their stress meter on the top right and if filled the guest will straight out leave, losing yourself a customer for better or for worse.
There is a hidden question that can be accessed by noticing something unusual about each character (remember that small element of point and click I mentioned?).
Have fun and almost forgot... Watch out for Old Man Jenkins

I really liked this. It's just a shame it's so short. It only takes two playthroughs to complete it fully. However, the scoring scene wasn't working for me.
Would be great to see a version which was random. Could be expended so you could observe guests around the hotel.
Pretty easy to pick the good from the bad. At the end the score said /100.
