Rob and Alex are in the Christmas spirit. Time to spread the spirit to Alex's older brother, Austin! Holiday-themed madness ensues.

Hey guys! Older viewers of my channel may remember about four years ago when I tried making new animations in 3D. The first series I tried doing involved me, my roommate Shell, and her two growing boys doing Siblings-inspired comedy. I was rusty as hell at the time, but it was great practice after having been away for so long. By episode 3, I was ready to try newer stories, so I left the series alone.

So I figured it was time I use the last script I ever wrote for the series to do a kind of bonus episode. Not much of a series finale, but it's about all we can expect of one. It is a fun way of seeing how the series would have looked if I'd done it in 2D instead of 3D.

In any case, have a happy holiday, everyone!

"Who drinks eggs?"
A lot of people who want to gain muscle and those people freak me out a bit

Oh God, this family is too much , pretty realistic haha

Bobert-Rob responds:

I mean, we could hardly call it drinking when it comes to egg. Unless it's blended, but otherwise its just a super slimy goo that you eat quickly without chewing. That's what I'd think of it anyway. Those people are a special brand of bizarre, haha.

I too am learning how to bring my animations more to life in after effects. It's honestly a lot to get used to but you seem to have a much better grasp at it then I. the voices are all done great with proper execution. Would love to see more of this kind of stuff from you as I can see that Classic Rob comedy from the siblings days. Looking forward to more from you Mr.Winchester, God speed.

Bobert-Rob responds:

Thanks! That's certainly the aim, to try and recapture what I had back then. I was struggling against the 3D systems back then, but I struggle a lot less with the current setup so I'm able to focus more on the execution than the troubleshooting. And it's actually a bit of a mix, using Character Animator for the characters themselves (using a webcam for facial movements speeds things up a bit) and After Effects for all the smaller details and background work. This one was quite the ordeal to sort through, especially considering the deadline, but I managed to get it out just in time. Thanks for watching, hopefully I'm able to streamline the process more in the coming months!
