Deck size increased to 2 pages of 12 cards, which is 24 cards, double of what it used to be.
Same card can have 3 cards in a deck from 2 in the past.
Hand size increased form 4 to 6 cards to choose.
New units:
*4 kind of hero to turn the commander into for 6 turns.
*Shield Tower: apply near by units with shield at the start of the round
*Barracks LV2 upgrade that ONLY dup LV2 units.
Start with a farm and a Barrack.
Start with NO Rush rule that units can not cross midline until turn 10.
Commander skill include [double card] and [barrier (for all units)]
Feelings:
I recommend don't take my opinion too seriously as I still need time to play around new cards which mostly I haven't get into yet, along with many old units that were less powerful in the old rules, or were bugged to be of any use.
Battle are less rushy thanks to the new rule but 10 turns might be too high.
game ramps up a lot quicker thanks to starting building and double cards commander skill. Scale of battle grow along with it as the unit production rate went up. Unit lv2
Click and find-replace based deck arranging is tedious, worsen with page turning on both the units and decks. Can't save a deck.
Sometimes battle scale got large and moving lots of small units can be time consuming.
For Players:
Deck Building suggestions:
Don't put too much high cost cards that blocks your progression when your economy is weak. You will stuck with these cards until your cash reached to that level.
Beware of upgrade cards, make sure the subsidiary cards is plentiful in deck and presumably on the field as well, otherwise it's a poor choice.
With barracks and double cards skill, lv1 units can extends their usefulness to mid level and keep the deck shuffling fast, and lv2 would carry it on with more power as you use barracks 2.

2 Farm, 3 lumber, 1 plantation, 3 War bonds,
Giant Turtle for pet, HellHound is the goodiest boy
Imperial Sniper and Imp.Infantry each 2 (good stats high end lv1, sniper's long reach is excellent)
2 apprentices and 2 cannons, 1 howitzers for the Lv2 carry through

Lv1s: 1 Hell Hound, 1 imp.sniper, 1 spectra
Lv2s: 3 Grenadier, 3 Officer, 2 Apprentices, 1 howitzer.
1 Conscription for instant frontline reinforcement later game.
bug:
killed viking, says I lost to him, but unlocked his viking and viking raider, but high score=0.
same result bug in the other two missions.
finding a game in multiplayer, the quit it back to menu to play singleplayer cause crash.
