Welcome to Plunkville, the neighborhood in New Block City where most of the people would like to be literally anywhere than where they currently are, but don't have much else in the wake of options, or are just nuts, or rock creatures. Elvan The Eagle hails from a kingdom fraught with civil war. He is informed by his friend, a spaceship delivery man named Solar Steve, that Plunkville's mailman is retiring, and suggests to Elvan that he take the old man's place. Elvan, having no other options and unknowing of Plunkville's nature, agreed to become the new mailman, or maileagle, whatever you prefer. Let's see how long he lasts before he regrets his decision.
