It was made in Windows 3D Movie Maker, an old program for Windows 95 circa 1995, which I remember watching my older brother use this back in 1996, when I was 5 and he was 12. Ah, good times.

it's accurate that it is chaos, but there is not a lot of sound effects or other chaotic things happening, also the rocket exploding made me chuckle a bit, but it could be rotated
