A couple days ago, Gravity Falls creator Alex Hirsch called up a phone number publicly provided by Rudy Giuliani for reports on "voter fraud" in the recent presidential election. He called them, of course, as characters he voiced on his show.
I thought his bits he posted on Twitter were hilarious, so I thought I'd quickly animate one of those clips.
