This is pretty damn cool.
Full of personality and concise animation~
you animated & colored most of this so well, but why use cheap sprite graphics for explosion's?
Also the last sceen after who thru that went kinda fast. You half to remember were being introduce to 2 new characters holding some key plot points so it takes some time to realize what's going on. Try doubling that scene's time length.
