its ok

The game works, but there's not much too it to make it challenging. While the hit boxes do make it so you can get hit by adjacent meteoroids while just sitting there and blindly firing, that doesn't amount to difficulty. Due to the ship's rate of fire, speed of incoming targets, straightforward pattern of movements, and one hit kills for the enemies, the strategy of holding down the fire button while strafing back and forth is infallible. As an exercise, this may be a good first step to developing something better, but as a complete game, it doesn't add to the genre.

Possible Recommendations:
-Adjust damage
-Adjust and varying enemy speeds
-Add enemies with differing movement patterns
-Increase number of enemies and/or spawn rate
-Add overheating element to gun?

Well, it works and that's "somethiiiing", so you got this going for you which is nice. Probably.

Controls:
- Arrow Keys / WASD to Move
- Ctrl / Click to fire
- R to restart.
Too bad you can't move the ship with the mouse though.

It's a decent little game. It is very easy however. The meteorites move really slowly and even if you can't dodge them you can just blast them away. It really trivializes the obstacles and makes the game boring. I would suggest either removing the gun function or making the enemies harder to dodge by maybe adding differing speeds for different enemy types, making new enemy types with flight patterns, etc. Even if you do implement the second option, I still think the gun should be nerfed a little, whether that be a nerf to firing speed, or maybe an ammo system?

Also this is probably just due to my device being really bad, but this game ran really poorly. If it helps at all, I'm using google chrome.
