A humorous fantasy text adventure into the dark heart of retail.
BLOOD BATH & BEYOND places you in the unenviable shoes of a retail worker in Books Blades & Beyond, the grandest department store in the grandest city in the realms.
Do your best to please irate shoppers, survive homicidal Customer Service Golems, and unravel a capitalist conspiracy that could destroy everything you love. Hey, at least you get a full 30 minutes for lunch.*
*Management reserves the right to shorten all lunch breaks by up to 30 minutes.
Why should I play this game?

I'm in love with this game, there's so much replay value- Ive played it for the past three nights just because I get so sucked into the comedy and world building!
I love this, but I smeeeeeeel a tinge of communist propaganda.
This is a good game and I really liked what I played!
Of course everything was way overdramatic for most retail experiences and oddly tame for most fantasy, but the combination of the two was really funny, interesting, and had me wanting to see more!
...Unfortunately, there was a severe lack of checkpoints and no other way to save at a certain point. Dying after doing quite a lot of reading and clicking and going back ALL THE WAY to "talk to the Draco" just... drained all my enthusiasm and interest in playing further.
I did like it, a lot, but I don't think I'll be revisiting unless more checkpoints/a way of saving is introduced.
Thanks so much for checking it out! I really appreciate the helpful feedback.
