This is my graduation film called EDGE. It took me about 18 months to make and was my most ambitious project as 3D artist so far. My goal was to create a competent looking fantasy CGI short with cool characters. The story is about a swordsman who is being chased by the Queen of Crows and her gryphon. At last, they confront each other on the edge of a cliff.
I made all the visual aspects of the film myself and my friend Ulrich composed the soundtrack.
I would be more than happy to read feedback on how I've done on this animation!

Holy shit! Absolutely epic! Very professional looking too. I feel like the escaping guy's face lacks something, probably he's too expresionless, but it's the only "negative" thing I can point out.
Anyway, gorgeous work! The shots were fantastic and the landscapes (those trees, dude!) were mouthwatering. Incredible work! Hopefully we'll get to see more from you. :)
