I could not jump high enough to get over the pit. Still I like Mr. Bingle. Although the introduction is a bit long.
In Gnome Invasion you play as a gnome tasked with stopping an evil corporation from destroying the world. Use the A and D keys or the arrow keys to move your player, and use the space key to jump. Play through 5 Levels and save as many gnomes as you can along the way. Made with Unity.

I liked this game. I only wish you used arrow keys for jumping and maybe z for shooting. Overall, great game. :)
I'd suggest allowing the player to choose the controls, or at least not make the space bar and the left mouse key crucial buttons. The space bar is awkward, and most people don't like using it, and the necessity of using the left mouse button means if the cursor slides outside the game play area it becomes useless. It's also even more awkward than using the space bar.
Really good story-wise. Gameplay-wise it was okay. I recommend that you switch to a different program that is actually built for 2d games. Because it will run smoother and you will have more options with how you code the game. One of my recommendations (what I use) is Yoyo Games or 'GameMaker'. Still a good game!
Thanks for the feedback! I've used gamemaker in the past and completely agree that it's great for 2d games. I made this one in Unity just to start learning the engine, but thanks again for the feedback, i'm looking forward to your next game!
Nice
