Ok.. umm.. although I generally like this sort of game this particular game has some major issues that need to be addressed.

1. Without a doubt the most important the game is cropped poorly. In the menu I thought that perhaps for some strange reason you decided to start at level 2, but in the game it quickly becomes obvious that we simply can't see the whole screen. Fix this, it is very important.

2. Contrast Yes, we get it, you want to look artistic. But the faded menu text just looks like crap. Contrast is a good thing, If we have to read or see something kill the silly visual effects and just allow us to see them clearly. And not just in the menu, the whole game looks like you just added effects for the sake of adding them rather than improving the art. A simple clean game that works well is way better than one packed with useless effects and shineys that works poorly.

3. Add direct instructions, this is simple enough. Although for all I know these are in the first level (which we can't play because it isn't on the screen).

And I see there is a tutorial for level one if we edit the element so that it is sized properly (hint: the size is not 640x480 like you have it set).

On those lines the text is easy to read in the tutorial level. This is how it should be, good contrast. Make the walls a little darker and that is fixed.

The color scheme in general isn't exactly pleasing to the eye. Dark greenish blue, purple, and yellow..

I didn't play through all of the levels, the third or fourth level with your screen settings is unplayable (neither the goal nor the boxes are on screen). Just because I can adjust the screen to make it work doesn't mean I care enough to continue playing after doing so. I think if you fixed the screen I think it could be a solid 3 maybe even as much as a 4 depending on how the level design and puzzles end up. That said I am not scoring what could be but what is. 2 stars, and I think that is more than fair considering the game quickly becomes unplayable.

thank you so much for this feedback, this is like my first real game so I'm not sure what I'm doing but this is very helpful thank you. also the game looked a lot better but I had to change the graphics API so the webGL build was possible. thank you for the feedback I really needed to hear this. :)
